SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns

If you would like to receive a refund for an item, you have 5 days from the day that you receive the item to return it. If your item is not as advertised, send it back and I will refund your money no questions asked. The item must be received in its original condition to receive your refund. If the item is damaged during shipping, please send me a picture and I will correct the problem by: a) Issuing a full refund. b) Sending a replacement to you. c) Your suggestion. (something I haven't thought of).

 

Any and all related return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that they were purchased. You will have 5 days from time of purchase to replace defective merchandise. Contact information: ragman985@comcast.net and we will work it out to your satisfaction. The merchandise must be securely packaged when returned to prevent any damage.

 

Shipping    

While Wesley Austin's strives to maintain it’s 3-5 day average time-to-ship we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)

 

Wesley Austin's will ship to any physical address in theUS. Wesley Austin's will not ship to P.O. Boxes and will not ship outside of theUSat this time. Each package requires signature confirmation therefore timely delivery requires that the customer make themselves available for its reception.

 

Every computer shipped from Wesley Austin's is ensured up to the full purchase price. It is Wesley Austin's responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from Wesley Austin's to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair.

 

Wesley Austin's preferred carrier is UPS and all shipping will be competed through them unless otherwise specified. Wesley Austin's shipping prices may vary with those of their carrier. Wesley Austin's guarantees that the shipping cost will be accurately displayed for each purchase at the time of purchase from www.wesleyaustinsbridal.com

 

All build and ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of UPS our preferred carrier. Wesley Austin's honors all holidays honored by our preferred carrier and follows a M-F work week.
